Noir Handmade offers high quality and innovative designs. All Noir Handmade designs are made in Europe. This style is a combination of wetlook material and PVC pleats. The jacket has a biker style look. Can be completed with the Handmade Noir trousers and a see-through T-shirt with PVC pleats.
