The straps are adjustable for a perfect fit. The neck cuff has a ring in the front and a hook closure in the back. The soft hand cuffs can be quickly put on and adjusted with their Velcro fasteners. Thanks to the carabiner chains, they are versatile and completely removable. 100% polyamide.
