Tetra EX 1200 Plus

The Tetra EX 1200 Plus external filter is a powerful solution for filtering all aquariums from 250 liters. The contaminated aquarium water is cleaned five times through various filter media: ceramic filter rings, biofilter balls, classic filter sponges, activated carbon filter media, and fleece pads capture different dirt particles from the water, ensuring biological, mechanical, and chemical filtration. Cleaning the filter and replacing the media are made easier by convenient carriers on each filter insert. The outlet pipe and hose can be easily adjusted to fit the size of the aquarium. Flow regulation valves at the inlet and outlet allow for precise adjustment of water flow, thus adapting the current to different needs. For cleaning, the valves are fully closed, and the filter unit can be comfortably disconnected from the connection system, maintaining the water column and eliminating the need for re-priming after maintenance intervals.
