Run for Rodents or Rabbits

The swisspet run enclosure Scott Plus has been treated with a protective coating and has been classified as safe for your rodents by SGS (Société générale de surveillance). Despite this protective coating, the run enclosure should not be permanently exposed to rain or snow without protection.

Notes:

We recommend applying an additional coat to the rodent house. It is important to choose an animal-friendly stain and only paint the outside of the rodent house. Don't be upset with your rodents if they nibble on the house; it's in their nature! To prevent nibbling, you should regularly provide your animals with non-toxic branches.

In summer, the animals should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should always have access to fresh food and cool water.

Please ensure that neither animals can escape nor predators can break in.

This run enclosure pairs excellently with the rodent house Boris 120 Plus. However, it can also be used as a run without a house. Please ensure that your animals still have access to water, food, and a shelter.
