Fish excreta and feeding, both are possible reasons for phosphate input into the water.
Some of it is reabsorbed by plants as a nutrient, but an excess serves as food for unloved algae.
The PO4 test provides a quick and easy overview of the current phosphate content.
Excess phosphate is easily removed with phosvec (freshwater) or phosvec granulate (freshwater and seawater) or pond phosvec (pond).
Sufficient for approx. 60 measurements
