Hello, I recently purchased the Emmi-pet Pro set. Unfortunately, the first unit showed no action at all, even when performing the water drop test (no micro bubbles appeared), so I returned it. I have now received the replacement, but I am experiencing the exact same issue. Please help if there is any advice? Thank you

I have seen on the Emmi Pet website that the toothpaste contains some ingredients that are harmful to dogs if ingested orally. Does anyone know if the ultrasonic toothbrush can be used without the toothpaste supplied with the same effect? Many thanks in advance.

Yes, in principle the effect is given by the ultrasound of the toothbrush. Toothpaste perhaps increases the effectiveness a little, but using another product (such as enzyme paste) certainly works well.
