Enclosures must meet the minimum requirements of the Animal Welfare Ordinance. A group of 4 budgies needs an aviary of at least 0.24 m² area with a volume of at least 0.12 m³ (e.g., 40 cm x 60 cm base area with a height of 50 cm). For each additional bird, add 0.05 m².
