Filter material against diatoms
JBL SilicatEx Rapid 400g is a filter material designed to prevent and combat diatoms. The filter material removes silicic acid from the aquarium water, preventing the growth of unsightly, fuzzy algae.
Application:
400g of SilicatEx is sufficient for 200-400 liters. This binds up to 30,000 mg of silicate. After 1-2 weeks, rinse the filter bag with lukewarm water.
