Fluval FX external filters are characterized by performance-optimized patented Smart Pump™ technology, complex multi-stage filtration, an integrated powerful water change system, and a basket stacking arrangement for greater filter media capacity.

The FX6 filter is known for its strength and durability, filtering an impressive 3500 l/h in aquariums of up to 1500 liters of water. This level of performance cleans the tank more effectively and quickly. A larger amount of impurities is captured, resulting in less frequent maintenance.

The Fluval FX series features a multifunctional drain valve at the bottom of the filter canister. Thanks to this valve, water can drain from the filter canister, leak-free water changes can be performed, and water can be refilled directly without altering your tank setup and without disturbing the aquarium inhabitants.
