Exo Terra Rainforest

This new size of the extra tall Exo Terra glass terrarium is ideal for arboreal reptiles and amphibians. The unique root background makes this terrarium a great habitat for numerous tree-dwelling species such as boa constrictors and pythons, day geckos, leaf-tailed geckos, tokay geckos, and tree frogs. It also features all the other great characteristics of Exo Terra glass terrariums. The Exo Terra terrarium is the perfect home for reptiles and amphibians, designed by European herpetologists.

The front-opening doors allow for easy access for feeding and maintenance. A special locking mechanism prevents escapes, and the doors can be opened independently. The top made of fine mesh metal screen and the associated good ventilation allow UVB and infrared light to penetrate the terrarium. It can be easily removed completely for decoration or cleaning purposes. On the back of the top, there are five lockable cable channels on both sides for installing heat rocks, waterfalls, sensors, etc., inside the terrarium.

The floor of the terrarium is elevated to allow for the installation of a substrate heater to warm part of the enlarged base area. The extra tall front windows are ideal for thick substrate layers, allowing reptiles to burrow, for water features (paludarium), or to install an Exo Terra reptile cave. The realistic background is colored to match all other Exo Terra decorative items and provides extra climbing space.
