Product details

Easy-Life Nitro and Easy-Life Fosfo are used to correct deficiencies of nitrogen (N) or phosphorus (P). A lack of these macro elements will inevitably lead to growth stalling or even stagnation.

In plant aquariums, where there are few or no fish, a shortage of N and P can quickly develop because little or no fish food is used (together with fish excreta, the most important source of N and P). This can also be the case in aquariums where a high plant density is present. Nitro (contains nitrate NO3) and Fosfo (contains phosphate PO4) fill these deficits immediately.

Normally, the relationship between nitrate (NO3) and phosphate (PO4) is analysed via the so-called Redfield ratio. See below for more information.

APPLICATION

Weekly, add after measurement

Application: 10 ml per 500 l increases the concentration of PO4 by 0.1 ppm(=0.1 mg/L). Nitrate free.
