The Nano corner filter is powerful with a pump performance of 150 l/h. The pump operates so smoothly and quietly that it is practically inaudible. The energy consumption is also impressive: only 2 watts – which helps conserve natural resources.
The water flow can be adjusted continuously, and the water stream can be directed in any desired direction thanks to the filter outlet that can be rotated 90 degrees. The filter features a nozzle pipe with an integrated cleaning slider and a mini brush for easy cleaning of the nozzle openings.
Due to its narrow intake openings and a very fine-pored pre-filter sponge, the Nano corner filter is also safe for young shrimp. Cleaning the filter element is very easy: simply grasp the filter at the outlet pipe and pull it forward, then remove the filter element. It is best to wash the filter element in a clean bucket with aquarium water to avoid harming the essential filter bacteria.
