The Bacto Elixir from Dennerle is a highly effective, concentrated mixture of live cleaning bacteria specifically developed for water care in freshwater aquariums. Upon addition to the aquarium, the bacteria activate immediately and begin breaking down pollutants. The included nitrifying bacteria are particularly effective at breaking down harmful ammonia and nitrite, while sludge-decomposing bacteria reduce organic sediment in the substrate and filter.
