In case of a power outage, the feeder has a backup battery compartment that can hold 4 C/LR14 batteries, providing about 58 hours of power. Additionally, the feeding station has an airtight seal and a dry bag that ensures optimal storage of the cat food. The dry bag has a maximum size of 8.5 x 8.5 cm.
