The incubator operates with thermoelectric technology, allowing it to both cool and maintain warmth. It is made from heat-insulating material, making it very energy-efficient. The incubator features two viewing windows, through which the incubation and hatching process can be easily observed. To avoid strong temperature fluctuations, the incubator self-regulates its temperature, preventing the loss of eggs due to overheating or chilling. The temperature can be read at any time on the incubator's display. When used optimally, the incubator can hold up to 48 eggs. The heating element has a power consumption of 46 W, with a temperature range between 20 and 40 °C, and an energy consumption of approximately 16 W per hour. The temperature is adjustable, allowing for the setting of the appropriate incubation temperature for each species. The precise tuning of cooling and heating prevents the loss of eggs due to extreme temperature fluctuations. The incubator operates energy-efficiently thanks to the heat-insulating material, resulting in low energy consumption.
