Colored quartz gravel, single-colored. Beautiful, colorful stones with a grain size of 2-3 mm, coated with plastic. CO2-resistant and lightfast. Available in eight colors. Rinse before use. The substrate can be designed with sand, gravel, or a mixture of both, taking into account the needs of the fish. The average gravel should be rounded and have a grain size of no more than 2-3 mm. A gravel layer height of 6-8 cm is recommended to allow plants to develop sufficient roots. Amazon gravel provides a fair and natural substrate for all fish species and their habitats. Aquariums can be beautifully designed with our colored gravel. The high-quality plastic coating prevents fading, making it lightfast and CO2-resistant. The colored gravel has a plastic coating and should only be rinsed with lukewarm water before use. Do not wash in hot water and do not heat above aquarium temperature! The gravel is pH-neutral and does not release any substances into the water due to the use of a special resin, ensuring it is guaranteed non-toxic. You can calculate how much gravel you need for your aquarium using the following formula: (length x width x gravel height x 1.6).
