Hello There seems to be something wrong with your alarm clock. The display switches off after 40 seconds and it is dark until you move it. Lexon seems to have problems with this model, I suspect, the first one I bought at Globus was faulty, just like yours. I returned it and ordered it from Digitec. Lg
This is actually not normal. Mine only lights up briefly when I "pat" it. Otherwise I think the alarm clock is great, it works perfectly. The battery actually lasts half a year.
The display switches off after a short time. You can recognise the battery status when it flashes. Then charge for approx. 4 hours... the battery will last a very long time. It looks like your device is defective. And yes, with all design: plugged in for charging and keeping the alarm clock active (alarm) at the same time is not possible :-)
I'm having a problem with the alarm clock I've just bought, bearing in mind that I've already had to send the first one back: it wasn't charging properly and the battery started flashing again after a day, even though the instructions state that it will run for 6 months.
With this second alarm clock, even when it's not plugged in, it stays on constantly, which is very annoying at night. And, obviously, the battery only lasts a day because it's constantly on. I've tried all the buttons, reseting it and switching it back on several times, but nothing works! I've even tried plugging it in (which isn't practical if you want to leave it tilted for the battery), I've tested it with night mode and without night mode, but again it's constantly on.
Is this normal? Is there anything I need to do?
