Light guided breathing helps you to relax before going to sleep by following one of seven rhythms of light intensity or sound, inspired by breathing and relaxation exercises. Close your eyes and synchronise your breathing with these variations in light or sound for a calm transition to sleep.
The personalised sun settings correspond to the twilight simulation, where you define the duration (from 5 to 60 minutes) to gradually reduce the brightness and sound, preparing your body to rest like a natural sunset. You can also customise the wake-up curve (dawn) with a default duration of 30 minutes, adjustable via the touch screen.
