Question about Mondaine CLOCK WiFi

Hello, can anyone help me? I bought the watch. But it just won't connect. I can find the watch in the wifi and I can also select it. But at the latest when I have entered everything (yes, correct network, correct PW) I get the message "Didn't connect-try again" after about 30 seconds of connecting. Does anyone know this problem as well? Thank you very much
