ZigZagZurich Made by Rain

Consider how to capture the feeling of raindrops trickling down your face and translate that onto textiles, under the motto "Rain to wear." This has resulted in a scientific collection of meteorological facts, where the artist captures various weather conditions by laying treated, water-sensitive fabrics in nature. Visual recordings of different types of rain weather were created, from light drizzle to heavy downpours. This bedding records the rain that fell from the sky in Amsterdam on Thursday, April 5, 2012.

The ZIGZAGZURICH artist bedding collection adds a new dimension of art and design to home textiles. We collaborate with artists and designers from around the world, coming from a wide spectrum of the art world. We edit and transfer their works or ideas onto textiles, developing products that are not mass-produced but rather unique market pieces. We are creating an innovative concept for a bedding collection that combines luxurious bedding with original art, directly supporting the artists with each product sale.

We exclusively use high-quality natural materials and no synthetic fibers. The same quality standards apply to production: lovingly made in Italy, art created with passion.
