Woood Mae

The Mae side table has been newly added to the collection of the interior label Woood. Mae captivates with its playful organic shapes and slender leg frame. The raised edge on the top ensures that the contents of a tipped-over glass remain securely on the table, making it child-safe.

Material: The tabletop of the Mae is made from sturdy MDF, while the legs are shaped from pine. MDF is made from pressed wood fibers that are glued together under high pressure with resin. This gives MDF a very smooth surface. The MDF boards from our collections are always treated with a strong primer and painted in a color. This ensures that the item is well protected and ready for use.

Dimensions: This sleek side table has a height of 35 cm and is approximately 100 cm wide and 58 cm deep. The tabletop has a raised edge of 2 cm in height. The legs have a height of 32 cm and taper from 3 cm at the top to 1.5 cm. The side table has a load capacity of 10 kg when weight is evenly distributed. The table itself weighs just under 5 kg.

Maintenance: The advantage of MDF is that it does not splinter or warp. However, MDF is very sensitive to moisture and heat due to its strong absorption properties. This causes the MDF board to expand and it cannot return to its original shape.

Delivery: The side table is delivered in a package. The legs can be easily assembled using the included assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt pads under the legs (1 cm).
