Willow Tree Little One

The item is made of artificial stone and hand-painted with lead-free paint. It is a gift to celebrate the loving relationships that develop between parents and children, as well as grandparents and grandchildren. "I remember how my husband and my daughter or son played together on the carpet, laughing and tumbling... or when all the grandchildren piled on my father's back for a ride... these moments of spontaneous play, cuddling, tickling, and shared presence have become the foundation of their close relationships over the years.

Children and adults form bonds through creative play, laughter, imagination, physical climbing, and tumbling. In creating this sculpture, I wanted the adult figure to convey a sense of protection – a safe space – where a child learns unconditional love.
