Violan Cube

Violan coasters in a set of 4 in square shape. For the first time, Metz Textil & Design breaks with its own tradition – but the company from Aschau am Inn does this for a good innovative reason and with a clear green conscience: Instead of the usual household real wool felt, Metz Textil & Design relies on Violan for this table decoration, a purely plant-based felt developed through years of experimentation. The material feels just as high-quality as soft Merino wool felt but is made from plant residues and wood fibers. It is pleasantly soft to the touch, extra absorbent, allergen-free, biodegradable, and completely non-toxic, allowing even small children to safely put the felt in their mouths! Moreover, each round or square coaster for glasses, mugs, and bowls can be washed with a mild detergent at 30 °C without spinning, just like any optionally available table set – even true wool felt fans can't resist that!.
