HAPPY PILLS Figure by Venini

Designer Fabio Novembre is behind Venini's playful glass creations "Happy Pills." Many considered the Italian designer an eccentric. When the glassmaker from Venini asked him to collaborate, something unusual was about to happen. The result is a "Happy Pill" line that guarantees good mood. Excellent medicine wrapped in glass. A placebo developed in Fabio Novembre's Fornace laboratory. Indications and dosage: Consider small amounts per day. Happy Pills by Fabio Novembre for Venini is a mouth-blown glass vase using Incalmo technology. Available in various colors. Annually numbered editions.

Fabio Novembre's HAPPY PILLS Figure

Mouth-blown Venini glassware is more of a work of art but can also be used as vases. The shape and color resemble the "happy pills" of the pharmaceutical industry. Fabio Novembre winked and wanted to express that the playful design could have the same effect as a real pill. The result is a vibrant combination of five different colors of Murano glass. The chemical formula for each happiness hormone is subtly engraved on each figure.
