Only the motif itself is applied to the wall. The backing paper serves to protect and stabilize the motif. The transfer film allows you to apply the motif to the wall. You can apply the motif as a whole or cut out the motif or individual elements beforehand for a personalized wall design. It is not important to be precise when cutting out the motif or elements. White edges between the motif and the cut edge are acceptable and do not affect the result on the wall. The backing paper and transfer film are disposed of after application.
