With this interval timer, you always have the time in sight. The LED display shows minutes, seconds, and milliseconds in red, and the laps in blue. This allows you to clearly distinguish between the time and the laps, keeping the relevant value in focus quickly. A signal sounds at the beginning, in countdown mode, and during breaks, providing you with a constant reference for which workout phase you are in.
