The choir of Kay Bojesen's songbirds has a new winged member. This is not just any voice joining the troupe, but a nightingale with a charming and beautiful voice that fills everyone with joy and wonder as it flies around the world.

The nightingale was created in collaboration with the new H.C. Andersen Museum, which opened in Odense in the summer of 2021, and is inspired by the world-famous literary fairy tale "The Nightingale" about the little bird with the impressive voice. Kay Bojesen always designed with the child in mind. The adventurous nature of the nightingale perfectly matches Kay Bojesen's playful spirit and the storytelling he always considered when designing his wooden figures – simple yet full of life.

With a curious gaze and charming personality, the nightingale naturally takes center stage. The bird is turned from FSC-certified beech wood.
