Deliberate irregularities in the shape and surface design, reminiscent of old vessels, not only give the vases an attractive handcrafted-rustic look but also ensure that their bodies, coated with a modern, glossy reactive glaze, play multifacetedly with light and create beautiful reflections. The reactive glaze, which develops slightly differently during the firing process for each vase, results in individual color nuances and textures, making each vase a unique piece, much like traditional craftsmanship. The neck of the vases, cleverly highlighted with a differently colored matte glaze, provides a graceful visual contrast.
