Which mounting adapter/replacement part is suitable if you want to reattach the soap dispenser?

Hello, After filling it with liquid soap it doesn't work. I see little bubbles when I look inside after removing the glass. It looks like the hole is blocked. What can I do about this?

I had the same problem with a viscous soap. At first I only diluted a little soap with water, pumped a couple of times and as soon as the mechanism had no more air it should also pump viscous soap without any problems.

I broke the glass, is that available as a replacement part?
