We have been using essential oils from the specialist market since we bought them. This works without any problems. Just always use water first and then the essential oil. If you don't want any limescale residue, you can also use distilled water.

There is a small pressure switch on the side, has 2 functions, one for continuous operation and one for interval. Try to change this and maybe dry and refill the whole thing, water may have got into the air outlet.

Hello Jasmine does not have a battery and therefore has to be plugged in. Jasmine is 90mm high and is max. 130mm wide around the waist.
