Why does this diffuser come with an adapter? isn't it a Swiss product? Company in ZUG! Can someone give me some information?

I think this refers to the power supply unit.
Hi, the one I bought (in 2016) didn't need an adapter. I don't think they have changed this but I can't assure you.
