Is the product really dishwasher safe? The manufacturer's website gives different information.

Does anyone know what exactly the cutlery is coated with? PVD is only the process and does not directly say anything about the composition of the coating. The colours suggest something, but not with definite certainty (gold is probably TiN, i.e. titanium nitride).

We have this information from the manufacturer. Surface: Stone Wash, PVD coating Material and technology: Monoblock, Pressed, 18/10 stainless steel - not dishwasher safe - soft care

According to the manufacturer, they are available in gold, copper, black and natural.

What about scratches on the cutlery? For example, when meat is cut and the knife touches the fork! Or when spaghetti is rolled up in the soup spoon with the fork?

Helpful answer

I have the cutlery and no scratches and often eat spaghetti with it because it looks cool...especially when serving green pasta with bolognese, for example. The nano-coating is extremely stable, it seems to me. It is definitely worth the 129.-. Attention: Hand wash ONLY...it must not be washed in the dishwasher!

Cutleries are very small in size and the picture on the website is misleading since the tea spoon is actually much smaller than on the picture. Very disappointed.
