I had the same problem. In my case, it was due to the power supply unit supplied. I then replaced it with another one with the same plug. Since then, the noise has disappeared.
My light alarm clock isn't working properly either. Exactly the same, no light. What has already helped me is to disconnect the light alarm clock from the power supply for a few minutes. Reloading the app didn't work. What a pity...
Yes, it saves the last settings. Even if you connect to another mobile afterwards, the same settings will be there again. Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect several mobile phones at the same time.
I can't remember if the app can set 2 alarms but I suspect so, it's pretty much standard to have two alarms on these kind of clocks and in fact I seem to remember almost all the functionality is taken care of via the app, only a few things can be done on the device itself. At night it is completely off. Waving your hand in front of if will turn on the blue display.
Yes, I have Android 13 and it runs tiptop.
Yes, the alarm function works, without the device being connected to the phone. I use it as an alarm clock, and my phone is always switched off at night (off). It is only to change the alarm time that I connect the device to my phone
Unfortunately, I cannot give you any advice. For example, I can't change the colour of the alarm light on my device, although this should be possible according to the description. It is and remains red...
In the app, set the display illumination to 0 in the settings.
It is possible to use only the light wake-up function without any sounds. The USB port is only for charging. It should work via Bluetooth, but I've never tried it. The quality of the built-in speaker isn't great either. But I don't think that's a bad thing, it's fine for the alarm tones. I have the phone in flight mode, with a sleep phase alarm clock (Sleep as a Droid), the programmed alarm time as with the Beurer, with both 20 minutes "lead time". This usually works perfectly, as the alarm clock is very bright I usually wake up before the smartphone alarm. Really recommendable!
The mobile phone is only needed to set the alarm (time, alarm, light colour). You can switch off the mobile phone completely afterwards. However, the alarm clock's Blutooth seems to run continuously. The mobile phone is only needed again when the power is disconnected from the alarm clock to set the time again. It does not have a backup battery.
No only ukw and woken up like a hammer have the after 10 days retuniert the connection to the mobile phone is a matter of luck does not go just annoyed
Hello, this is not normal, the alarm clock must be faulty. I would exchange the alarm clock for one that works correctly. We also had to exchange our first Beurer WL 75 because it did not display certain colours at all.
