Wood is a natural product; cracks and knots are intentional. The old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood this vintage appearance with a slightly rustic textured surface.

Unique design features include wood that is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish. The wood is sourced from nearby sawmills in Bavaria and comes from sustainable cultivation.

Perfect for indoor and outdoor use. THERMO spruce is processed through a specially developed method where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic. The wood becomes much harder through the THERMO process.
