Knax coat rack with 8 hooks. Thomas Harrit and Nicolai Sørensen have designed a simply elegant wall coat rack for Loca. Within a long wooden strip, the designers integrate beautifully shaped coat hooks made of aluminum with natural or copper finishes, which lie flush with the wooden strip when not in use. This way, the metal hooks remain visually and functionally discreet when they are not needed. To achieve this appealing functionality, Thomas Harrit and Nicolai Sørensen have also developed a new mechanism: a small tension spring pushes the coat hooks back into their original position, that is, into the grooves of the wooden profile after use. As a result, the coat rack always presents a homogeneous and tidy overall impression in the hallway. Additionally, each wall coat rack impresses with high-quality detailing: a concealed metal plate for wall mounting ensures the stability of the coat rack even under heavy loads. Loca offers the Knax wall coat rack not only in three sizes or lengths with 4, 6, or 8 coat hooks but also with various surfaces in colored lacquered MDF or in elegant solid woods such as beech, tobacco oak, and walnut.
