Certain colors block light more effectively than others, which is why color choice is particularly important for curtains. For an effective blackout effect, we recommend choosing dark curtains in black, gray, dark blue, or green, as these shades block sunlight especially well, creating darkness in the room.

If you prefer curtains in lighter colors such as white, ecru, or beige, we recommend complementing them with a thermal lining to shield against light. Lighter colors can always allow some light to penetrate, especially in south-facing windows. In this case, using a lining will achieve effective blackout.

When hanging with pleat tape, the width of the pleats can be individually determined by the hook spacing. Additionally, the hooks can be placed at different heights, allowing the curtain rod to be either concealed or visible.
