A design makes its mark: When Anna Castelli-Ferrieri designs this round container for Kartell, the company of her husband Giulio Castelli, she has no idea that this small cabinet will evolve into a design classic, becoming part of the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Centre G. Pompidou in Paris. However, the container system made of injection-molded, impact-resistant ABS plastic is not only found in museums. It is often used as a bedside table next to the bed or as a small shelf in the bathroom and kitchen.
