Karat Coconut mat

The robust natural fibers have excellent dirt-trapping properties, and the dense bundles of fibers are capable of binding a significant amount of dirt, preventing it from entering the house. This way, the floors inside are protected and maintain their like-new quality for longer. To prevent slipping, the sturdy mats are equipped with a non-slip rubber backing, ensuring they stay securely in place when stepped on.

The maintenance and cleaning of natural fiber entrance mats is straightforward. Small doormats can be quickly shaken out or beaten. Larger formats can be cleaned of all dirt with a vacuum cleaner. Our note: While coconut fiber mats can be left outdoors year-round, they do not tolerate prolonged wetness (persistent rain or continuous snow) or excessive exposure to intense sunlight or heat. This can damage the natural fibers, which is why the mats should only be placed in protected, covered outdoor areas. During cleaning and use, the mats may shed a small amount of fibers, but this is normal and is due to the natural fibers.
