This heating jacket is specifically designed for the food and pharmaceutical industry, providing the perfect solution for quickly and effectively heating liquids and materials, allowing them to be completely emptied and/or kept warm. Additionally, the jacket offers reliable protection against UV radiation.

Equipped with an easy-to-use digital temperature controller, infinitely adjustable from 0 - 90 °C. Made from durable, long-lasting silicone material approved by the FDA (USA) for food use. Can be quickly and easily attached to the tank container with straps.

The heating jacket is suitable for transporting 1000-l IBCs, whose contents must maintain a specific temperature or viscosity. For optimal heating effect, it is recommended to use it in combination with an insulating cover. For even faster heating, the heating jacket can also be combined with a heating plate. Ideal for heating water, various oils, fats, waxes, resins, as well as food and pharmaceuticals.

Please note: Check the maximum temperature resistance of the containers (especially for plastic). The specified temperatures are only guidelines. Achievable temperatures depend on many variables, such as ambient temperature, supply voltage, medium, container material, container size, whether a stirrer is used, and much more.
