Base heating plate for heating and maintaining the temperature of steel drums. Infinitely adjustable thermostat from 0 - 120 °C with digital temperature controller and timer function. Suitable for 200 - 220-liter steel drums.

For quick heating, warming, and maintaining the temperature of liquids. Use the base heating plate where a heating jacket is not practical, or in combination with a drum heating jacket for even faster heating times. Liquids and materials are heated to the ideal temperature and maintained at that temperature using the base plate, ensuring easy processing and consistent quality of the goods. Ideal for heating water, oils, fats, waxes, resins, and diesel fuel. Can be combined with drum heating jackets and insulation covers to shorten the heating phase.

Achievable temperatures depend on many variables, such as ambient temperature, supply voltage, the medium, the material of the container, the size of the container, whether a stirrer is used, and much more.
