Kähler Vase OMAGGIO NUOVO

Omaggio Nuovo is a hand-painted vase series by Kähler. It is a renewal of the well-known Omaggio series, which was first launched in 2008 and is now a modern classic. When Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft, known as the design duo Stilleben, designed the Omaggio vase series, they aimed to create a modern tribute to Kähler's world-famous art ceramics. Omaggio Nuovo, which means "new tribute" in Italian, is a recognizable yet innovative signature design in Kähler's collection. The new Omaggio Nuovo vases have been updated in shape and feature visual recognition as well as a strong connection to the old Kähler vases. The hand-painted stripes add depth and life, reflecting the craftsmanship that goes into each vase. The colors and stripes of the glazes are inspired by the old striped vases and have been chosen with respect and interest for earlier times in our culture.
