Holmegaard Lantern lantern

Lantern Wind Light. Like a calabash, Danish designer Maria Berntsen shapes these candlesticks. The original leather handle on both sides of the neck of the bottle is striking: in addition to standing safely, it allows the candlestick to be hung on branches and hooks (on the terrace or in the living room). The Danish manufacturer Holmegaard produces the candlestick from mouth-blown glass by hand. To the wicks of the inserted candles or (maxi) tea lights you can easily get through the wide opening on the belly of the glass candlesticks. The lantern wind light supplies Holmegaard in different sizes and optionally in transparent or opal white glass; the largest version is best suited as a floor vase.
