Knit Coat Rack by Hay

The Knit was designed by Japanese designer Jin Kuramoto and is a simple yet iconic coat rack with a unique sculptural design. It consists of three three-dimensional powder-coated steel tubes that are firmly intertwined and support each other to ensure the strength of the construction.

Inspired by the tactile experience of interacting with materials and the experimental process of bending and weaving ropes and metal rods, Knit was developed as an extension of the Hay coat rack and hangers, featuring flat packaging and an easy-to-assemble design. Knit has a high gloss finish, can create a shiny effect, and can be used to add functionality and visual interest to hallways, bedrooms, and other private or public spaces.
