In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any related expenses will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for subsequent purchases of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
