This warranty does not limit the statutory warranty claims, and the use of the warranty is free of charge. To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and if possible, the customer should provide the purchase receipt. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A post-purchase warranty for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
