To claim a guarantee, the defective item must be sent back, and if possible, the purchase receipt should be provided by the customer. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses incurred due to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for the purchase of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
