This guarantee does not limit statutory warranty claims, and its use is free of charge. A prerequisite for claiming a guarantee is the return of the defective goods and, if possible, the presentation of the purchase receipt by the customer. In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses due to the defect will be refunded in full. There is no guarantee for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for subsequent purchases of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
