This guarantee does not limit statutory warranty claims, and the service is free of charge. To make a claim under the guarantee, the defective goods must be sent back, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any related expenses will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for subsequent purchases of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
