This guarantee does not limit statutory warranty claims, and the claim is free of charge. To make a guarantee claim, the defective goods must be returned, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses incurred due to the defect will be refunded in full. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A follow-up purchase guarantee for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
