This warranty does not affect statutory warranty claims, and the service is free of charge. To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and if possible, the purchase receipt (invoice) should be provided by the customer. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care.
